Greenside Golf Gallery started with a passion for golf and one golfer’s quest to improve his game. It started with looking for a set of irons to fit his game. Learning more about what make irons fit one’s game and about club making through Golfsmith led to owner Matt Glomb’s to build his first set of irons. Upon seeing improvement in his game from the irons, Mr. Glomb felt a satisfaction from crafting the irons himself. Then the question, “What if ….”, what if he help his father enjoy the game more with a set suited for him. What if his playing partner down the street would enjoy the game more if he had a set for him. A journey that started in 2003 and has taken him through all three of Golfsmith club making classes (Complete course, Advance course, and Master Craftsman course), and continues today to help golfers of all abilities enjoy the game more through custom fitting or maybe even by fixing their favorite putter. |
